Absolute Logic started the cyber-compliance solutions market in 2003, when the Safeguards Rule was established as part of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). In 2015, when the NYS Department of Financial Services began considering a cybersecurity requirement for financial services organizations doing business in New York State, our clients, which included a myriad of industry associations and cooperatives relied on us to interpret the Departments request for information, and its' potential impact on the industry.
When 23 NYCRR 500, the first-in-the-nation cybersecurity regulation went into effect on March 1st 2017, we simultaneously launched comprehensive solutions that ensured our clients we, in fact fully compliant with the regulation.
Today, Absolute Security, our cybersecurity and compliance division, solves the cyber-compliance conundrum for mortgage brokers and bankers, insurance agencies and brokers, money transmitters, banks, credit unions, and many, many more financial service markets.
From single owner-operators to large organization with nation-wide footprints, we solve the cyber-compliance obligations for companies of all sizes.
